"The Kingdom of Solterra’s People’s Democratic Parliament (or Solterran Parliament) shall be the primary lawmaking and representative body for the People of Solterra. The Parliament shall consist of both Ministers and Lords of the Commonwealth, which are appointed by the Royal Court or the Royal Family. Ministers and Lords shall uphold the Solterran Constitution, and represent the People. Failure to do so may result in dismissal by the King. Parliament will meet in any way they choose in order to develop and implement their laws and decrees. Parliament shall be headed by the Chief Minister, appointed by the King."
