Below are all the articles of the Constitution, in their original and official text.
The Constitution was written by King Elijah I and the First Parliament to formalize the great nation of Solterra.
By the will of the Crown, we establish this glorious Kingdom of Solterra as a sovereign realm of unity, dignity, and freedom.
Guided by Light and Liberty, we unite all people beneath the sun of Solterra. All who enter this realm are granted the rights to belonging, joy, and togetherness, and are entitled to the further liberties and responsibilities as laid out in this Charter.
At the will of Elijah the First, this Charter is established by the First Parliament to provide order, stability, freedom, and liberty to the Kingdom and the People.
Thus established is the Charter and Kingdom of Solterra, on this First day of March, Two-Thousand Twenty-Six.
The Kingdom of Solterra shall extend its laws and sovereignty to the domains of the King, hereafter mentioned:
The Home and Properties of the King
The Various Digital Domains of Solterra
Any Area within a 50 foot radius of the King
Any Place declared by Parliament to be a part of the Commonwealth
The Kingdom of Solterra shall be known officially and in full style as:

The Solterran Commonwealth
Solterra
The Kingdom of Solterra’s People’s Democratic Parliament (or Solterran Parliament) shall be the primary lawmaking and representative body for the People of Solterra.
The Parliament shall consist of both Ministers and Lords of the Commonwealth, which are appointed by the Royal Court or the Royal Family.
Ministers and Lords shall uphold the Solterran Constitution, and represent the People. Failure to do so may result in dismissal by the King.
Parliament will meet in any way they choose in order to develop and implement their laws and decrees. Parliament shall be headed by the Chief Minister, appointed by the King.
The King may choose to enact laws himself, and to veto or remove those set by parliament. The King shall hold the highest authority in Solterra.
Parliamentary Decrees
Parliamentary Decrees that include a restricted or penile activity are automatically assigned to this Article of the Constitution.
All citizens and visitors must know the difference between “your” and “you’re.”
Failure to understand proper spelling and grammar will result in a reasonable punishment set out by the Courts of Law, until the violator can prove their competence via written exam.
Microwave Clear-Button Decree
In an effort to preserve energy and time management, all citizens are required to press the ‘clear’ button after removing food from a microwave before the timer has ended. Violators will be punished as deemed reasonable by the Courts of Law.
Toilet Paper Orientation Decree
In all domiciles of Solterran Citizens, and all places of the Solterran Commonwealth, toilet paper rolls on a horizontal holder must be in the ‘over’ position at all times. Violators will be punished as deemed reasonable by the Courts of Law.
Left-Lane Use
Citizens inside and outside of the Commonwealth and visitors (inside the Commonwealth) must reserve the leftmost lane for the purpose of passing only. Violators will be punished as deemed reasonable by the Courts of Law.
Discrimination Against the LGBTQ+
Mockery, harassment, and discrimination against those in the LGBTQ+ community is strictly forbidden. Heterosexual Violators shall be punished by being publicly mocked for their straightness for no more than three minutes. Non-Heterosexual Violators must reflect on their transgressions against their own peoples.
Discrimination in General
Discrimination against any person for any reason is strictly forbidden, and may result in punishment as severe as banishment.
Digital Tone
When texting, especially in a more serious or intimate conversation, all parties involved shall make a reasonable effort to make the tone of the conversation known to each other. Violators will be punished as deemed reasonable by the Courts of Law.
The Sixty-Seventh Integer Decree
No person shall ever utter, imply, say, reference, or otherwise speak about the number 67 (also known as Six Seven; 6-7; ; and others) within the Solterran Commonwealth unless it is reasonably required to do so given the circumstances. Citizens shall never commit the aforementioned in any place, regardless if it is within the Commonwealth. Violators will face public humiliation, banishment, or any other reasonable punishment as determined by the Courts of Law.
The hereaftermentioned shall be National Holidays, and new dates may be entered by a Decree of Parliament or Royal Decree.

Citizenship in the Kingdom of Solterra is granted by the Authority of the King, and the King may deputize any person to hold the Authority of the King regarding citizenship matters.
General Provisions
Citizens of Solterra may also hold citizenship in any other nation.
New citizens are to be entered into the Royal Register of Citizens by the aforementioned authorities.
New citizens are to be assigned a unique identification number by the aforementioned authorities.
Gaining Citizenship
Foreigners who wish to become citizens may do so by application to the aforementioned authorities.
Any person with a general knowledge of Solterra; and who has a good reason for gaining citizenship; and who is in good standing with international and domestic law; and who is willing to take an Oath of Citizenship shall be granted citizenship by the aforementioned authorities.
Special Provisions
The King (holding the sole authority to grant citizenship) may, at his whim, grant citizenship to any person.
The King, Royal Family, Royal Court, and Parliament may appoint Honorary Citizenship to special persons who have made great contributions to Solterra or humankind.
Any person born within the Commonwealth shall be granted citizenship by birthright.
Children of Solterran Citizens may be entitled to Citizenship should they request it.
Olde Citizens
Olde Citizens refer to persons who are citizens of Solterra, yet may not have proper documentation or an identification number due to the time at which they were granted citizenship.
Any person who gained citizenship before April 5, 2026 is an Olde Citizen.
Olde Citizens are full citizens and have no special restrictions unless other circumstances warrant such restrictions.
Any Citizen (inside or outside the Commonwealth) or person (inside the Commonwealth) are granted these freedoms that shall not be infringed upon by the Courts of Law or the Parliament:
Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.
No one shall be held in slavery or servitude.
No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon their honor and reputation.
Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence
Everyone has the right to leave Solterra.
Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others.
Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion.
Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression.
Everyone has the right to rest and leisure.
Everyone has the rights as outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Everyone has the right to equality before the Law and the Courts of Law.
The Courts of Law are the dealers of justice within Solterra. The Courts of Law are headed by the High Lord of Justice, who may appoint other Justices as needed.
The Courts of Law are to interpret the Constitution when Parliamentary Decrees are under scrutiny for violating such constitution.
The Courts of Law are to judge the guilt of persons accused of violating the Penile Code or other codes, laws, decrees, and articles.
Depending on the certain law, the Courts of Law may also deal the punishment for a person found guilty. Such punishment shall never be inhuman, nor violate this constitution, nor be cruel or unusual, nor be a more serious punishment than proportional to the crime committed.
The High Lord of Justice and the Parliament shall decide on the regulations for the operation and proceedings of the Courts of Law.
The King has the authority and right to pardon any verdict or punishment made by any of the Courts of Law.

The Flag National of Solterra both Civil and Military shall be:
A rectangularly proportional flag of 5:3 ratio;
A field of Solterran Blue (#013992), upon which is centered the proportionally square Sun of Solterra in Solterran Yellow (#FFCC00), with a width and height 1/2 that of the height of the banner;
A border of Solterran Yellow (#FFCC00) surrounding the entirety of the field, of uniform width proportionate to 1/10 the height of the banner.
A square version of the Flag National shall be:

The Flag National of Solterra shall:
Always be properly formed as described in Article XI of this Constitution
Never be flown upside-down
Be flown on any pole position, including but not limited to Standard, Horizontal, Outrigger, Crossbar, or Gallery
Always be hoisted higher than or equal to other flags in close proximity
Never be burned, beaten, dissolved, harmed, or destroyed and damaged in any other way
Be accorded proper respect, such that uniformed persons shall render a military salute when the Flag is presented or hoisted, and non-uniformed persons shall stand at attention with the right hand over the heart, after removing any headdress
Never be marked, altered, or inscribed upon, except as may be authorized by law or proclamation
Never be flown at night in in darkness without illumination
Never be worn as clothing
Never be combined with another flag into a single design
Never be flown at half-mast except as may be authorized by law or proclamation
